OCKA studio
I operate OCKA, a fully portable, one-person photo studio dedicated to producing imagery that lasts. My work emphasizes the tactile and sensuous qualities of real-world objects, serving businesses, brands, creatives and organisations with projects ranging from product photography, editorial work and archival documentation. The studio also functions as a dedicated portrait and artistic photography space, equipped with set lighting and a range of tools to bring creative concepts to life.
In a visual landscape increasingly dominated by staging and artificiality, I believe photography’s true power lies in the opposite – in capturing what is honest, fleeting, and deeply human. My aim is to create images that don’t just show, but evoke an experience rooted in authenticity and caring.
With a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, I keep my operations as low-impact as possible, transporting most of my equipment by bicycle, traveling by train, and handling all post-production and retouching in-house. This ensures both a reduced carbon footprint and consistent, uncompromising quality and dedication both in terms of client relations and control of final delivery.
In addition, the studio houses a boutique printing workshop, providing prints and mock-ups for private clients, organizations, and businesses. I offer both technical printing services and consultation, supported by years of experience with digital and analogue photographic processes.
I also have 10+ years of experience working with moving image and sound design.
OCKA Studio is based in Stockamöllan located in the southern Swedish countryside (Lund 20 min, Malmö 40 min, Copenhagen 1 Hour)
